SIPify Labs is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy describes the data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller

Data collected on this website is processed by SIPify Labs (SAS), whose registered office is at 149 avenue du Maine, 75014 Paris, France. For any question regarding your personal data: [email protected].

Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact and demo request forms:

  • Identity: first and last name;
  • Contact details: email address, phone number (optional);
  • Professional information: company, job title;
  • Content of your request: subject, message and project scope.

No account creation or payment information is required, and we do not collect any sensitive data.

Purposes

This data is used solely to respond to your requests (contact, demo, consulting, partnership) and to manage the resulting business relationship. It is not subject to any automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in responding to the professional enquiries sent to us (Article 6(1)(f)).

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible only to SIPify Labs teams. It is never sold or rented. We rely on the following processors:

  • Web3Forms — delivery of the messages sent through our forms;
  • Cloudflare Pages — website hosting and delivery.

As some of these providers are established outside the European Union (in particular in the United States), data transfers are governed by the appropriate safeguards required under the GDPR (the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then archived for a maximum of three years from our last contact, in line with the French data protection authority (CNIL) guidelines on commercial prospecting.

Cookies

This website does not use any analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data at any time:

  • Right of access and rectification;
  • Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten');
  • Right to restriction of and objection to processing;
  • Right to data portability.
